Some people don't have the time or the skill to make fresh local vegetables taste good. We have found a lot of people want to buy prepared sauces and beverages made from local ingredients,  We are selling our sauces and curry pastes, and our beverages, ready to eat, direct to consumers.  Almost all the ingredients come from our farm

You  can buy a $20, $30, or $40 mix each week, or more if they want it..  You can specify what you want or let us chose the variety.  The juices come in 16 oz, the sauces in 8 oz containers. 

We save you the time  and energy of making these sauces and drinks. 95% of the ingredients come from our farm.  All are prepared in a licensed certified kitchen.  Refrigerated, all  have at least a weeks shelf life.

Pickup:
Most of the products are made with 99% organically grown ingredients.  Pickup is either at the cafe or at the South Kona Green Market each Sunday.
